Abstract

Industrial training is one of the modules which is carried out of the lecture room or out of university. It helps students to get exposed on practical skills, demonstrations and knowledge. It involves visiting agricultural oriented public or private organization such as livestock farms with technical background in terms of crops, animals and districts extension officers for acquisition of hands-on skills and knowledge. The objective of this study was to acquire more knowledge on practical skills. This study is normally carried out for period of two and half months. The scopes of the work study was carried- out under the following main activities visiting the management of agricultural organization to seek acceptance prior ,understanding the terms of making arrangement for when to start understand the organization mandated enterprise, prepare for, industrial training by meeting the supervisor to share the time table and work Plan, conducting the industrial training in selected enterprise ,compiling the activities from enterprise like Coffee, wheat, Banana, apples and field peas, writing a report and editing it, finally binding and submission of industrial training report.
