The field attachment enhanced the learner's skills and competencies in field in the various are more so in monitoring, supervision and community communication, computer skills, socio economic areas planning and problem solving. The key challenges faced were related to poor roads as the internship period was ridden by heavy rains that could in some occasions even prohibit movement for days. It is concluded among others that the field attachment should continue to be part and parcel of the university programme. It is recommended that the government should work on the bad roads to facilitate the. movement even during harsh weather conditions.en_US
