The researcher recommended that the primary schools should set appropriate classroom management strategies which if implemented would enhance pupils’ academic performance. This should be done through departmental meetings and necessary management support sought. The primary schools management should give information to all the teachers and pupils on the classroom management strategies the schools have adopted. The schools should in the same vein provide the guidelines to be applied when implementing the CMS. The primary schools should always strive to allocate more funds in their budgets to cater for academic related expenses.
