Automated mobile and web-based applications for vehicle history report generation.

Abstract

The transport industry is one of the most profitable sectors in the business world. People always spent money for being transported, arid so will they in the future. Transportation is important as it brings people together and is a good way for the entire family to bond. It moves people from one location to another and enables them view new areas for adventure. This diverts people's minds and makes entertained thus relaxing their minds on a vacation attention from their demanding lives and amuses them in their leisure time. Usually people use second hand vehicles for their transportation like taxis, Toyotas another brand which they purchase basically without knowing the information and details about them. This project was therefore aimed at developing automated mobile and web based applications for vehicle history report generation to help eradicate the problem of getting details of second hand vehicles. The work is arranged mainly in six chapters, Chapter one includes the introduction of the Project. Chapter two discusses the literature related to the system. Chapter three illustrates the methodologies used in coming lip with the working prototype of the system. Chapter four includes system design and analysis, Chapter five. contains the implementation and testing of the system. Chapter six contains the summary of the work, discussions and recommendations.
